Yoga

An embodied practice that supports physical and psychological wellbeing.

Drawing on the principles of classical yoga, sessions may include embodied movement and postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and practical tools that help cultivate awareness, self-discipline, and a more mindful way of living.

Vinyasa Flow

In Vinyasa, which means movement, we focus on flowing from one asana to another. Weaving the breath with the postures to instill mindfulness, we find strength, balance and flexibility in the body and in the mind. This is a dynamic class suitable for different levels.

Hatha Yoga

In Hatha we focus on alignment and posture, as we move from one asana to another, combining stillness and movement. Finding balance between left and right, effort and ease, sun (ha) and moon (tha). The pace of this class is slower than Vinyasa, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Yin Yoga

In Yin Yoga, we work with stillness and surrender. The postures are seated or lying down and are generally held for 3-5 minutes. By gently working with the deeper layers of fascia, Yin offers a grounding practice that may support mobility and provide space to slow down. It can be especially suitable for people experiencing stiffness, restlessness or a desire to explore the body and mind more deeply.

Pranayama & Meditation

This class helps to regulate your nervous system through different types of pranayama (breathwork). Once the mind finds stillness through the breath, we practice 15-20 minutes of guided meditation. Ideal after an asana class (Vinyasa/Hatha/Yin) or on its own, it will leave you feeling centred, grounded and more deeply connected with yourself.

Nurturing your body & mind

Classes are designed to be accessible, adaptable and welcoming; whether you are looking to build strength and mobility, challenge yourself physically, slow down, spend time with others or simply step away from the demands of everyday life.

Reflections from clients and students

“Wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the session yesterday. It’s not everyday I can be mindful and stay focused on what the trainer / coach is explaining but you got my full attention! Prosit, and a big thank you.”

L.Z - Mindful Living Course Participant

"I used to view yoga as something I have to achieve - something that I have to get better at. Through your classes I found another perspective. Now I use yoga to connect with my soul and my inner self. I use it to find peace. This year has been very difficult for me, and your classes were one of the few places where I found peace."

M.F  - Yoga Student

“I wanted to tell you thank you for your classes, I really enjoy them and you are a fantastic teacher. Always looking forward and it is super helpful for me too, to get out of my comfort zone”

C.G - Yoga Student

“For me it was a biiiiiiiig step to join a class since I’m passing through some mental health issues atm. I really made a big effort as my psychotherapist kept suggesting this but I was too shy. So thank you very much.”
